It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Belle Brooks (Powhatan Point, Ohio), who passed away on June 3, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kenneth Brooks and Ladema Belle Armann Brooks; her sister Wilda Jackson; and her stepmother Margaret Armann Brooks. She is survived by: her siblings, Esther Franklin of Reynoldsburg, Abbie Krempasky of Powhatan Point, Margie Phillips of Powhatan Point and Ronnie Brooks.
