Hess (Jane) of Quaker City, OH. and Tina McGilton Myers (David) of Bellaire, OH; his close friend Lashawanda Hewitt; his daughter Tylah Hess of Moundsville, WV; his former wife Courtney Wiggins Hess of Shadyside, OH; his stepchildren, Andy, Aubree Hines and Austin Wiggins; and his grandparents, Robert, Lynne Hess of Senecaville, OH., Thomas and Karen McGilton of St. Clairsville, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
