He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer G. Lamp and Phyllis Lamp (Vessels); his stepmother Janice Lamp; and his stepson Dillion T. Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Jane Lamp (Raines); his children, Heather Hill (Shawn) of Bellaire, Leslie Scardami (James) of Texas, Amanda Ypma of Texas and Ronnie Lamp of Bellaire; his stepson Andrew Burnett of Texas; his grandchildren, Noah, Katherine, Glen, Emily and Connor; and his siblings, Butch, Steve, Elmer, Billy, Mark, Karen, Christine and Rhonda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
