She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Horn and Hattie June Gast Horn; her siblings, Brenda Sheets, Tom Ray and Josh Connor; and her son-in-law Allan Garcia.
She is survived by: her children, Cheyenne Garcia, Shayla (Jonathan Purtee) and Paul Horn (Tiarra); her siblings, Sue Baker, Connie Conner, Jenny Schupbach, Judy Talbot, Mary Kay Marsh and Gary Bondy; and her grandchildren, Nevaeh Horn, Sophia Purtee, Phoenix Purtee, Silas Garcia and Cassius Horn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home - Powhatan Point Chapel (186 Main St, Powhatan Point, OH 43942). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
