She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Eikleberry and Victoria Cargnel (McMahon); her husband Roger Wayne Kovach, Sr.; and her brother James Eikleberry. She is survived by: her brothers, Gary Eikleberry (Karen) of Shadyside, OH and Larry Eikleberry (Fran) of Jerusalem, OH; her children, Roger Kovach (Gloria) of Powhatan Point, OH, Kimberly Buell (Richard) of Thornville, OH and John Kovach (Alea) of Powhatan, OH; and her grandchildren, Roger Kovach III (Kristin), Marie Kovach (Meno), Alexis Buell, Evan Buell (Jamie), Breanna Young (Chase), Brittany Thomas (Loren), Brooke Kovach and Addison Kovach.
