She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Blake, James Blake (Kimberly), Vickie Amos (Kevin), Andrea McCollough (Brian) and Randy Blake (Barbara); her nieces, Justine Amos, Haley Amos, Gabrielle McCullough and Abagail McCullough; and her aunts, Linda Sole, Sue Sears and Dawn Allen.
