With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Palmer of Powhatan Point, Ohio, who passed away on July 20, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Palmer; her daughter Ruth Ann Gregg; her grandson John C. Baker; her brothers, Gerald Williams, Richard Williams, Joseph Williams, Robert Messenger and John Williams; and her son-in-law Ronald Jack Clayton.
She is survived by: her children, John Palmer, II of Madison, OH, Shirley Clayton of Bowling Green, VA, Carol Baker (Kenneth) of Lewisville, OH and Donna Hindman of Powhatan Point, OH; and her siblings, Charles Williams of Wheeling, WV and Mildred "Louise" Britton. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, and many multi-generational nieces and nephews.
