He was predeceased by: his brother Danny West. He is survived by: his foster parents, Irvin James and Elva Bradford James; his significant other Barb A. Tinnel; his children, James West of Powhatan Point, Blake West of Powhatan Point, Samantha West of Powhatan Point and Andy Boston of Powhatan Point; his sisters, Cindy Silver of Martins Ferry, OH and Alicia "Kay" West of Wheeling; and his grandchildren, Wyatt West, Zander West and Makenna West.
