She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lou (Hartman) and Frank Kernick; and her sister Jerry Lynn Kernick. She is survived by: her husband Calvin "Skip" Teasdale; her children, Jacquelyn Kish (Dennis) of Powhatan Point, OH and Chad Teasdale (Ranae) of Shadyside, OH; and her grandchildren, Kellen Kish, Kayla Tice and Sarah Teasdale.
Memorial contributions in Connie's name are asked by the family, to be given to an animal shelter of the donor's choice.
