He is survived by: his wife Ling Alice Jiang Curtis; his children, Allyah Cutis of Virginia Beach, Ariel Curtis of Virginia Beach, Austin Curtis of Powhatan Point, Alan Curtis of Powhatan Point and Arthur Curtis of Powhatan Point; his granddaughter Makaila Dangleman; and his brothers, Warren Curtis of Bowling Green, Lyle Curtis of Syracuse and John Curtis of South Carolina.
