She was predeceased by: her parents, John Prystasz and Mary Prystasz (Dwornek); her husband John Pugh; and her siblings, Andrew, Mike, John Prystasz, Anna May Litwin and Josephine Rothermund.
She is survived by: her sons, Cliff Pugh (Keith) of Clearwater, FL, David Pugh (Kimberly) of Powhatan Pt, OH and Ed Pugh (Angie) of Scott Depot, WV.; her grandchildren, Lauren Potts (Josh), Dallas Pugh (Britney), Vanessa Ervin (Lance) and Tori Friend (Warren); and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Houston Pugh, Sidney, Maggie Ervin and Cooper Friend.
