She was predeceased by: her parent Ewald Sauerland. She is survived by: her children, Anita Knoechel, Connie Knoechel and Tom Knoechel (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Katie Knoechel and Michael Knoechel; her sister-in-law Ingeborg May; her nephew Stephen May (Andrew Bauer); and her niece Stephanie Sherman (Delrae McNeill).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, if desired, to a Central Ohio humane society or animal shelter.
