He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Francis "Frank" and Mary "Dorothy" O'Reilly (Quinn); his daughter Mary O'Reilly (Tim McGhee); and his sisters-in-law, Geri O'Reilly and Joyce O'Reilly.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice O'Reilly (Bates); his son Dan O'Reilly (Anna Haston); his grandchildren, Cassidy Wilmoth (Zach Brown) and Connor Wilmoth; and his brothers, Jack O'Reilly of Westerville and Pat O'Reilly (Bernadette) of Westerville. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
