He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Harold Lindsey and Hildagarde Wanner Lindsey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Knutson Lindsey; his children, Susan Lively (Scott), Karen Myhr (Frank), Scott (Heather) and Brenda Asam (Mike); his grandchildren, Thomas, Elizabeth, John Lively, Evan, Grant Lindsey, Henry and Graham Asam; and his siblings, Dianne Lindsey and Daniel L. Lindsey (Debby). He is also survived by many extended family members and lifelong friends.
