He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodman Weatherwax and Christine Weatherwax (Gross); his daughter Tamara Weatherwax; and his siblings, James Perry, Mary Nelson, Raymond Perry, Marjorie Terry, Patty Brill, Eleanor Good and Sue Asher.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughters, Dawn Lee Weatherwax (Jerry), Brenda Ranee Weatherwax (J. R.), Rhonda Snyder Fuller (Tom) and Anita Snyder Lambert; his grandchildren, Devon Weatherwax, Alexandria Evans (David), Summer Evans, Corey Hedges (Stephanie), Kelley Snyder (Justin Saint Cyr), Parker Lambert, Chandler Lambert and Cheyenne Moore; his great grandchildren, Kyleigh Barbee, Shane Sinett, Dominic Sinett, Emily Legg, Johnny Hinkle, Danielle Smith, Ethan Smith, Cruz Hedges and Kara Yates; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Asher, Dr. Robert Ogilvie, Betty, Richard Newberry and Janet. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
