He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lee and Mary Louise Bowen (Flack); and his brother David L. Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Gillespie; his son Steven L. Bowen (Bonnie) of Pine, AZ; his grandsons, Evan L. and Liam J. of Chandler, AZ; his daughter Kimberly L. Kocsi (Robert) of Lansdale, PA; his granddaughters, Elizabeth M. (Benjamin) of Blue Bell, PA and Kathryn L. of East Norriton, PA; his son C. Scott Bowen (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jason E. of Dublin, OH and Nicole M. of Dublin, OH; his sister Carol J. Raymond (Anthony) of Wharton, NJ; and his sister-in-law Nita Bowen of King George, VA..
