He is survived by: his caregiver Katie; his wife Armanda Pena; his children, Nelson Pena of Griffith, Evelyn "Jodi" Pena of Heinzerling, Miriam Wright (Todd) of Port Orange, Gloria Leyva (Roberto) of Delaware and Nancy Hac (Vinnie) of Crown Point, Indiana; his grandchildren, Stephanie Seyfried (Stephen) of Hilliard, Lauren Trzeciak of Augusta, Georgia, Jessica Trzeciak of Turlock, Emily Trzeciak of Boynton Beach, Rebecca Trzeciak of Port Orange, Christopher Guevara of Grand Junction and Dominic Guevara of Valparaiso, Indiana; and his great grandchildren, Elena and Alex Seyfried of Hilliard, Ohio..
