She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Davis and Barbara Davis; and her husband Paul Orem Jr.. She is survived by: her son Mark Orem; her grandson Mark Colgrove; her sister-in-law Mara Workentine (Diana Levette); and her close friends, Ruth Alfson and Anna Dick. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
She served as the base liaison for the S. D. Emergency Management and Health Department, dealing with pandemic issues.
