She was predeceased by: her father Walter Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Cody of Tampa, FL, Kyle of Grand Rapids, MI and Travis of Powell, OH; her significant other Scott Brofcheck; her mother Helen Roth (George); and her siblings, Sheryl Forster, Catherine Langlois (Ronald) and Walter Smith, Jr. (Karen). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
