He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Byrne); his daughter Susan Dage (Jeff); his stepchildren, Pam Cobb (Rodney) and Craig Rose (Kristi); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Joshua, Jack, Rebekah, Alaina, Brynna and William.
