Neff; his fiancé Kim Slygh; his children, Courtney Neff, Rachel Neff and Elizabeth Neff; his grandchildren, Everly, Scarlett, Elaine and Matthew; his sister Karin Mayfield; and his nephew Justin Mayfield (Lucy).
