He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas F. Rowland and Gladys M. Rowland; and his siblings, Doug Rowland, Sharon Moore and Barbara Tootle.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Dora, Jim (Dejah) and Ron; his grandchildren, Michaela, Courtney, Sara, Leah, Lincoln and Luke; his siblings-in-law, Shirley and Skip Strawser; and his sibling Kathryn Tootle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
