We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2019, at the age of 42, Jacob William Sofranko (Powell, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his uncle Daniel J. Witt; and his grandparents, Helen, Frank Sofranko and Howard Witt. He is survived by: his parents, William Sofranko and Juliana Sofranko (Dublin); his siblings, John, Jackie Sofranko (Boardman), Chrissy and Koonal Patel (Chicago); and his grandparents, Barbara and Joseph Viti (Tallmadge). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
