We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2021, at the age of 65, Jack Lee Akin (Powell, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Edwin Akin and Mary; his brother James; and his parents-in-law, Ralph and Margaret Church (Mardy).
He is survived by: his uncle Ted; his siblings-in-law, Mardy Dane (Michael), Holly Wendell (Jerry) and Ralph Church; his wife Lynn Church-Akin of Greater Worthington; and his children, Butterscotch, Jailbird and Cat. He is also survived by 8 nieces & nephews, & 8 great nieces & nephews.
It is highly encouraged that EVERYONE tell ALL how much you love them & hug them tightly, & for ALL not already vaccinated against the lethal Coronavirus to do so.
