He was predeceased by: his parents, Nac Quang Dam and Toan Thi Bui; and his brother Tuan Quang Dam (Hoa Le Dam). He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Ashley Dam and Megan Kathleen Dam; his siblings, Khac Quang Dam (Kim Huong Dam) and Kim Loan Dam; his sister-in-law Huong Nguyen Dam; and his siblings, Huy Quang Dam (Hai Thi Bui), Chuong Quang Dam (Loann Dam) and Chau Thi Lewis (Robert Gerald Lewis).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (10051 Brewster Ln, Powell, OH 43065). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to help fund a bench at the park where Hung coached in his memory.
