He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Carlet; and his brother-in-law Ernie Boyd. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Carlet and Geneva Carlet; his wife Eloise (Pommier); his sons, Frank A. Carlet, IV (Mandy) of Hilliard and David A. Carlet (Jennifer) of Centerville, OH; his siblings, James T. Carlet (Karen) of Mission, KS, Geneva Boyd of Springfield, IL and Charlotte Gano (Ken) of Charleston, IL; and his grandsons, James and Anthony. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
