With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emma Ruth Culberson of Powell, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 10, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Emma Ruth leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Emma Ruth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Denny and Ella Denny; her husband Carroll "Jack" Culberson; her children, Theresa Elaine Smith and Jack Carl Culberson; and her grandsons, Jason Wood and Clay Bristow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Warren (Bob), Diane Wisecarver (Dana) and Darlene Morris (Paul Cameron); and her son-in-law Jack Smith. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (10051 Brewster Ln, Powell, OH 43065). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
