She was predeceased by: her brothers, Alfredo and Benjamin Dalmacio; and her parents, Iñigo Dalmacio and Maria Elemos Dalmacio. She is survived by: her husband Danilo Dulay; her children, Cecilia Dulay, Marietta Latham (James), Dexter Dulay (Tanya) and Mignette Strife (Loren); her grandchildren, Brandon Bond, Brittany Latham, James Latham Jr., Taylor Latham (Alistair), Marissa Dulay, Jordan Strife, Jason Strife, Joshua Strife and Kylie Strife; and her sister Daisy Borile. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moreland Funeral Home (55 E Schrock Rd, Westerville, OH 43081). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
