She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Rayle and Bessie Rayle; her husband David Powell; her daughters, Anne Powell, Jayne Powell and Debbie Bond (Larry); and her siblings, Eleanor Kochtan (Joseph), Margaret Rayle, Richard Rayle (Lucille), Donald Rayle, Carol Waaland (Bill) and William Rayle (Marilyn).
She is survived by: her children, David Powell (Barbara), Daniel Powell (Cynthia), Chris Powell, Linda Copsey (Wayne) and Amy Rinsma (Richard); her grandchildren, Aaron Copsey (Kate), Ryan Powell, Matthew Copsey (Brinda), Katie Halter (Devin), Michael Bond, Patrick Bond, Adam Rinsma and Benjamin Rinsma; and her great grandchildren, Katelyn Gott, Abigail Copsey, Brendan Copsey, Chase Halter and Cole Halter.
