She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Davis and Harrison Davis; her sisters, Juanita Hollingsworth and Helen Oliver (Jacob Nicholas Esau); and her son John Harrison Duvall.
She is survived by: her daughters, Davee Anne Setzer (Chris) and Melody Susan Duvall; and her grandchildren, Kelli White (Jeff), Christopher Setzer (Hailey) and David Setzer (Shannon). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
