With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charles Maynard (Powell, Ohio), born in Inez, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Maynard and Ruth Maynard; and his brother Willie Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Chuck Maynard, Connie Rose (Brian Knoll), Elizabeth Dusenberry (Doug Dusenberry) and Samantha Keigley (Walt Keigley); his grandchildren, Artie, Abby Rose, Trevor, Kate, Colin, Hailey Maynard, Walter, Scarlett, Maximus Keigley and Hudson Dusenberry; his siblings, Mary Louise Fluty, Dorothy Pemberton (Stan), Loretta Conkel (Neil) and Jimmy Maynard (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Denice Abbot (Bill). He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (10051 Brewster Ln, Powell, OH 43065). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at the Union Cemetery (3349 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, OH 43202).
