He is survived by: his wife Leslie Zuk; his children, Lauren Lessaris (Drew) and Andrew Zuk; his brothers, Garry Zuk (Maria) and Jimi Zuk; his nephew Jimi Cosmo Zuk; and his grandsons, George and Leonardo Lessaris.
The family suggests that donations be made to the American Heart Association and The First Tee of Central Ohio.
