He was predeceased by: his father Roy C. Graves; his brother Michael Graves; and his niece Rachel Atkins. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Graves of Columbus and Jason Graves (Danielle) of Chillicothe, Ohio; and his siblings, R. Dale Graves of Knoxville, Tennessee, Mark Graves of Knoxville, Tennessee and Christine Atkins (Stephen) of Richmond, Kentucky. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two nieces.
The family suggests that memorial contributions in Allen's name be made to Disabled American Veterans.
