He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Koslow and Anna Koslow; and his siblings, Victor Koslow and Lydia Koslow. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Faulhaber Koslow; his sons, Stephen Koslow (Jennifer) and Travis Koslow; and his grandsons, Austin and Alex Koslow.
