She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Painter and Mary Painter (Williams); and her sisters, Beverly Stapleton, Janet Painter and Patti Cremeans.
She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Balser; her daughters, Mary Blair of Phillipsburg and Sami Lee of Piqua; her grandson Aaron Blair of Phillipsburg; and her brother Daryle Painter (Jacquie) of Troy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Shriner's Hospital for Children.
