She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Munn and Nellie Munn; her children, Wilma Delane Skaggs and Rick Skaggs; her sisters, Wanda Spriggs and Patty Buckler; and her granddaughter Ashley Robinson.
She is survived by: her son Michael D. Skaggs; her daughter-in-law Billie Skaggs of Huntington, WV; her daughter Lisa Robinson (Crabtree); and her son-in-law Mark Robinson of Minford. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
