He was predeceased by: his parents, Green Virgil and Rose Lee Parker Kavanaugh; his brother Ralph Kavanaugh; and his sister-in-law Connie Ackerman. He is survived by: his wife Esther L. Burns Parker; his children, Kyle Taylor (Teresa) of Nashville, TN, Brooke Nicole Barnett of West Chester, Chris Jennings (Brittany) of Clearwater, FL and Scott Jennings (Julie) of Lutz, FL; his sister Diann E. Smith of New Boston; his sisters-in-law, Catherine Berry of Portsmouth, Margaret Shaw of Crystal City, MO and Mary Smelko of Grove City; his grandchildren, Evan Taylor, Brittnei Taylor, London Barnett, Jordyn Jennings and Alaina Jennings; his great grandchild Haven; and his pets, Abby and Coco. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
