He is survived by: his wife Joy Annetta Rowles Lutz; his children, William Lutz, Jr. (Nancy), Lorrie Riddlebarger (Jeff) and Amy Beth Shope (Rick); and his grandchildren, Christopher Lutz, Shawn Lutz, Andrea Grounds, Shawn Miller, Jessica Bray, Joshua Riddlebarger, Ashlee Carmen and Alan Shope. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
