William Louis Questel II Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2024, at the age of 98, William Louis Questel II of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though William Louis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William Louis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Michael Lyons Questel and Irma Jewett Questel of Bill's Ole Barn. He is survived by: his wife Mary Martha Welty Questel; and his siblings-in-law, George Welty (Janet), Norman Welty, Susanne Welty and Betty Martin (Don).
