He is survived by: his fiancée Loretta Adkins; his stepdaughters, Jessica Daulton of Portsmouth, Rikki Adkins of New Boston and Jodi Mowery (Aaron) of Wheelersburg; his stepgrandchildren, Lyrrik, Cameron, Miley, McKenzie, Maddison, Jaylen and Joslyna; and his nephews, John, Greg and Dana.
