It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Lee Little of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Wanda Lee Lore Ober; and her brother Steve Ober (Phyllis Landis). She is survived by: her sons, Carl Lockhart (Sandy) of Franklin Furnace, Christopher Lockhart of Portsmouth and Tom Little of Wheelersburg, Ohio; and her siblings, Bill Ober of Lorain, Jack Ober of Lucasville, John Ober of Lorain, Todd Bruseau of Columbus, Ohio, Nancy Dubois of Wheelersburg and Margaret Layher (Shawn) of Lucasville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
