It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda E. Fraley of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sparks and Rosettie Sparks. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Fraley; her children, Franklin Wallbrown, Monica, Leah Rawlins (Lewis) and Jessica Potters (James); her sisters, Patty Eldridge (George), Brenda Johnson (Tim) and Tracy Parker (Gary); and her grandchildren, Jarrett Wallbrown, Ayden Jarvis, Rachel McGlone, Lewis P. Rawlins Jr., Jakob Potters, Jeremiah Potters and Jessalyn Potters.
