He is survived by: his mother Sandra Cottle Faulkner of Sciotoville; his sisters, Terri Ellis (Steve) of Pickerington and Tracy Wagner (Brian) of Sciotoville; his former wife Wendy; his pet Jake; and also, Erin and Amber. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
