He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hubert and Margaret Daphene Lyons Kalb; and his brother George. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Michael Kalb of Portsmouth, Robert Ray Kalb of Orlando, FL, Jennifer May Velazquez (Jimmy) of Minford and Mandy Louise Schmidt (Mark) of Portsmouth; his grandchildren, Michael Ray Kalb, Jessica, Miles and Addylin Velazquez; and his daughters, Skylar, Creed and Jayda Schmidt.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 1st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
