He is survived by: his father Donald "Yogi" Hickman; his sister Lenora "Sugg" Hickman; his children, Shelly Hickman and Brian Hickman (Brenda); his stepson Matt Schackart (Joy); his great grandchildren, Bradleigh Aeh, Madison Hickman, Morgan Hickman, Chris Hickman, Brittany Williams (Ronnie), Sophie Gilbert (Kirk), Allie VanBibber (Dylan), Theo Schackart, Thad Schackart, Scarlet Williams, Evelyn Williams, Vivian Williams and Ophelia Gilbert; his nephews, Chad Hickman (Stacie) and Brad Hickman; his great-niece Gabrielle Hickman; his friend Doug Riley; and also, Clint Askew, Amanda Cave and Messina Askew.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the D. W. Swick Funeral Home (1104 Harrisonville Ave, New Boston, OH 45662). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
