It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Roger Cruikshank Sr. (Portsmouth, Ohio), who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Cruikshank, Sr. and Margaret Wilson Cruikshank; his daughter Constance Brown; and his brothers, Frederick Cruikshank, Jr., Edward Cruikshank and Donald Cruikshank.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Glenn Cruikshank; and his sons, Theodore Cruikshank, Jr. of Portsmouth, Frederick Cruikshank, III and Charles Cruikshank (Jennifer). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
