She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Edward and Thelma Louise Green Shumate; and her son John Jeffrey Stroud. She is survived by: her husband Michael Hayden Williams, Sr.; her children, David M. Stroud (Laura) of Portsmouth, Todd A. Stroud (Sherry) of Friendship, Michael H. Williams, Jr. (Michelle) of Wheelersburg and Michele Reed (Harold) of Lexington, KY; her brother Ronald Shumate (Peggy) of Hixson, TN; her grandchildren, David Stroud (Alisha), Matthew Stroud (Sarah), Peighton Williams, Isabella Williams, Carson Williams, Kathleen Stroud, Jordan Reed, Emily Reed and Josh Reed; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Riley, Kinley, Creed, Savannah and Haleigh Belle.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
