It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Lee Duncan of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Steven Lee Duncan to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his father Billy Lee; his wife Iva Duncan of Portsmouth; his daughter Carolyn Gargiulo (Joey) of New Port Richey; his brothers, Barry Keith Duncan (Susie Alley) and Timothy Ross Duncan (Louvina) of Summerton, SC; and his grandchildren, Michaela McRoberts (Luke) and Caden Gargiulo.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Steven's name to Community Hospice, 1480 Carter Avenue, Ashland, KY 41101.
