He is survived by: his wife Brenda Collins (McGinnis) of Portsmouth; his children, George Collins (Courtney Schabb) and Stacy Collins of Ashland, OH; and his siblings, Mike Collins (Pam) of Portsmouth, Carl Collins (Tina) of South Webster, Fred Collins of New Boston, Terry Collins of Dayton, Timothy Collins (Denise) and Sherrie Collins of Sciotoville. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
