She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Rigley and Virginia Winters Rigley; her former husband Earl Dillow; and her husband Harry Setser. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Dillow of Brookville, IN. and Keith Dillow of Tampa, FL; and her sister Janet Workman of Portsmouth, OH. She is also survived by four grandchildren, one great grandchild and several other family and friends.
